Summer
Warm Summer reflects those heady days of lavender, sunflowers and haystacks.
These photos were taken in February, but you can still see the light that bathes this room.
It faces to the front of the house, the South, looking across to the terrace to one side and into the garden on the other. It is bright and sunny all day, although the shutters can protect you from the midday sun if you wish.
The furniture is of light oak and old pine, with a substantial sleigh bed and antique cheese larder as your wardrobe.
This room has a door directly onto the front veranda with access onto the terrace. It is this room that more than the others makes you feel part of the village.
The en suite has the most traditional French feel due to the choice of colours and tiling. But it too has the up to date feel and features of all of the en suites with a Hansgrohe Raindance shower and separate hand shower and tall designer radiator.
