Chalon is an extremely beautiful town on the river Saone. We took the pictures in the slider above on a very miserable day in February, just before it snowed.

Chalon sur Saone has a lovely market on Sunday mornings. And Mark Wettel, the best chocolatier we have found, has his premises on the Rue aux Fevres, where the market is.
