10pm is situated on the Grande Rue within the village of Puligny Montrachet, a stone’s throw from the centre and surrounded by winemakers.

Outside there is ample room to enjoy the sunshine. The south facing terrace has views into the village and over to the vineyards. The enclosed private garden also has a patio area and, to the rear, 10pm has its own small vineyard (we call it our “vininch”).

This is a spacious house, with three generous ensuite double bedrooms, a family bathroom and a very large open plan kitchen, dining and living spaces. All appliances and fittings are high specification from makers such as Miele, Bosch, Hansgrohe, Villeroy & Boch and Aston Matthews.

It is modern and light but retains the charm of a private village house, floored throughout in solid oak and decorated to a high standard.

We have designed our rooms to reflect the changing seasons of this region. Each bedroom is classically furnished with a sturdy king size bed with luxury mattress and individual design touches.
